To start I hate people who judge you when you express a desire to improve something about yourself. I think everyone is entitled the freedom to want change whatever they want to change about their appearance. As long as you can look in the mirror everyday and feel happy with what you see, who gives two shits about what anyone else thinks.
If I listened to everyone who says “oh you look fine” and “what do you need to work out for” I’D BE FREAKING 200 POUNDS! That’s not far from an exaggeration because I love me some bread, and cheese, and a pasta, and flavor blasted goldfish…
I’m roughly 60 pounds away from 200, and about 20/25 pounds over my target weight for being 5’2”… Do the math I hate typing the number… The point is that I may not be obese, or fat, but I am still over the weight that is considered healthy for my height and age.
So when people roll their eyes at my voicing a need to work out, or lose weight I literally want to stab said eyes with a spork! Seriously though… If I didn’t have big boobs and know how to camouflage well with my choice of clothing I’d look a hot mess!
This is either a matter of people changing, or me no longer voicing this particular thought aloud… I’m thinking I’ll have to go with the latter simply to avoid spork related bouts of rage.
